Hyatt Place Oklahoma City Bricktown

I liked my coffee and oat milk. I don’t usually have breakfast. The breakfast room offered a variety of food and the space is nice and clean.

Made my reservation for yesterday rather than today. Problem was taken care of instantly by the lady who checked me in. She didn't even skip a beat. I was impressed. No BS. She just fixed it instantly. Wife and I spent some time having cocktails at the bar and again the experience was enjoyable. Excellent all around. Our previous three days at Hyatt Place Cherry Creek, Denver was also excellent although the facility is not as upscale as Hyatt Regency, Wichita. Have a good day. Tony and Jenny Francia

Overall, it was a good hotel, very clean, great staff, and good walking distance to Bricktown.

We had an issue with the AC, but the front desk promptly moved us to a different room with working AC. Very responsive and helpful. Also appreciate they accommodated a late check-out request.

The location was excellent. We parked in one spot across from the hotel,the whole weekend. We rode scooters and walked everywhere. They are 6 min from the new ferris wheel that you can ride on
